Better late than never, eh!
As of the 17th of June, I no longer have any GCSE exams to attend! And, even better than that, no more school to attend for another few weeks.
Admittedly, I haven't done muuuch with myself in the past few weeks. Done the basics, beaches and parties, seen friends etc, but I wanna go out some more.
I as *supposed* to go into Milford today, but it turns out I'm shit at reading bus timetables. For one, I looked at the times for the wrong bus, so I was waiting around like a chump for 20 minutes.
Then, when the correct bus arrived, he decided he didn't go to Milford. I double checked the timetables, then did another check when I got back home, and he should have gone to Milford. Maybe he misheard me, but still. Complete wanker aswell.
Some good news though!
A few years back, when we bought our car, we were mis sold PPI. This is, I think, payment protection insurance. So, if you take out a loan, if you lose your job, your insurance company pay it for you for a year or so. My parents, when buying the car, were led to believe they *had* to buy PPI, when they didn't. So, they applied for compensation, and we got £12.000! No more debt for us :3
Anywho, it's been nice blogging again. Maybe i'll find something else to blog about in the near future!

Oh yeah, I have a blog!
Hewwo my very few readers.
It has been three months since I last blogged, and that was on a rather awesome headset. Many a thing has happened since those that headset was purchased, and, in related events, I've purchased the model up from that particular headset.
Hopefully it'll be here in a few days. The X41's are £90, have 7.1 surround sound and many other useful features.
My exams began a week or two ago, and, so far, I've done English paper one & two, Religious philosophy, Catering, English Literature and Italian Listening, none of which went particularly badly. I still have yet to do my sciences, maths exams, religious ethics and italian reading & writing.
I also have a job! Finally! After many failed attempts, I managed to land a job as a KP (Kitchen Porter) in The Walkford. At £5, and I'm doing around 10 hours a week, £50 a week is very good. The work is pretty good, it could be a lot worse anyway. It mainly consists of doing desserts, washing up, preparing basic foods and microwaving stuff. Everyone there is pretty cool, really nice and accommodating.
With summer peeking it's (hopefully) sunny head 'round the corner, I will be having many a good time with the people I think highly of :D Oh, and working. That should be fun, right?

Turtle Beach X31
For all you non-gamers that read this, Turtle Beach X31 (I'll refer to them as TB's from now on) are a gaming headset, produced by Turtle Beach, a headset/sound card manufacturer.
I do quite a lot of online gaming, call of duty, FEAR and all that sort of thing. I really enjoy doing it, and before my TB's, I have an old pair of Sony headphones that were alright, they weren't especially good, but they got the job done. Since I enjoyed gaming so much, I thought I'd treat myself and buy a pair of TB's. So here I am, wearing them right now, listening to music.
That's the great thing about these TB's. They're a gaming headset primarily, but they're great for listening to music on. With music, they produce a really deep and rich sound with a great bass.
But as aa gaming headset, they surpassed my expectations by lightyears. I expected these to be a high quality headset, they were £60 so they ought to be, but when I started playing...words do not describe. I could hear footsteps from 20ft away sa if they were right next to me, pinpoint gunfire location, the works. These things are excellent.
They come with an RF transmitter, so they headset is mainly wireless, unless you want to speak to friends in your party at the same time. You plug the transmitter into any usb port on the gaming console of your choice (Xbox 360, PS3 or PC), and plug the red & white cables where they would normally be put into the TV. The RF transmitter can give the TB's a good sound from about 6ft away, which is quite impressive.
I rate these as high as it is possible to rate. I plan on buying a DSS to improve them further, so watch out for another post about that!

Creative T10's Review
Hey guys.
I'm going to give you some context before I launch into the review. For Christmas, my mum and dad got my big brother a set of Creative T10 speakers. At the time, I thought not much of it. They were nice looking speakers, but I was perfectly fine with my current pair of Logitech X-14-0's (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-X-140-Multimedia-Speakers-2-0/dp/B000JCDRTU/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1294696270&sr=8-3). My brother, post Christmas day, decided to give his speakers a run while I was in the room, and I was (pardon the cliche) blown away.
Now, my X-140's weren't bad at all. In fact, in comparison with the TV's sound output without speakers, they sounded like my T10's sound like to the X-140's. For only £15, the X-140's served their purpose very well. But, like I said, the T10's were excellent. They seemed to have this depth that the X-140's didn't have, I think they can go louder and they look a lot cooler, and go with my TV a lot better too. So, I went on to ye olde Amazon and looked at a pair, they were £30, which was brilliant because I got a £25 Amazon voucher for Christmas too. So I got Dad to order them, and then I only had to wait 2-3 days before they arrived.
That was a truly joyous day, I must say. Especially since I do a lot of online gaming, the better quality speakers really have helped. But, alas, it was only a day before a truly bizarre thing happened. I went to listen to my iPod, so I hooked it up, went to turn the speakers on and they just wouldn't. The green LED didn't turn up, and the familiar *click* wasn't there. As irritated as I was, dad managed to keep a lot cooler than I did, and he was e-mailing Amazon within the hour. And I got a new set 2 days later. I was very impressed.
Overall, I would highly recommend these speakers. The sound quality is excellent, they have a rich, deep sound to them, and the base great. They were really easy to set up, they look stylish, and they're quite cheap for how good they are. 2010 thoughts.
As we're putting 2010 away in a cupboard, we're brining out a shiny new replacement year that does all the things 2010 couldn't, the model being 2011.
It's easy, when thinking about the years actions, to only pay attention to the bad things that happen. For example, I could focus on my grandfather's death, or my dog's death. Death being the prominent theme. But this is a bad thing to do, there are so many good things that happen that it becomes almost commonplace, and that's why the bad things 'stick out'.
When thinking about 2010 last night, I completely forgot about my mini-holiday to Wales. It was excellent, with great views and I generally had a great time with my family. I'd forgotten about other things too.I've met some great people this year, like Zak, Alex, Holly and others, and I've had great outings with them. Seeing Inception with Zak and Jewis. All the private jokes that no one really understands, (SKA!) and others I really shouldn't mention that Holly said! :P
I've made mistakes, but no worse than people of my age have, and I've had success. The mistakes making the success all the much sweeter.
This entry seems to be more about my past experiences than anything, but that's what blogs are. My general message is that you need to try and look past the bad things, and appreciate the good things. Terrible things happen, things that I wouldn't wish upon anyone, and so do amazingly good things.
I hope you had a good year, and that the coming year is even better.

Xbox 360 Slims and their Wireless madness.
Hey Guys and Gals.
I know only two or three people out of the five followers I have actually enjoy video games, but I thought I'd post it anyway.
Back in October, I purchased a 250GB Xbox 360 Slim. Today, I returned that very same console to the shop I bought it from, thinking it broken. Anyway, got the new one back today, and it had the very same problem.
Turns out, it wasn't a genuine problem, just a stupid thing Microsoft have done. Now, this following problem is only wireless, it works fine if you're on a wired connection.
I brought up my network connection page on the Xbox, did everything correctly, and it still refused to connect. Me and Dad had added the MAC address into the filter, applied a static IP address, you name anything within reason, we did it. So, we rang up the ol' fellas at Microsoft, and began speaking to some Indian people. They asked us to try plugging the xbox into the router via ethernet cable, signing in, and then removing the ethernet cable. To our surprise, this worked.
Not very interesting, but a good thing to know if you're thinking about getting a slim on a wireless connection!

And since there's no place to go - write a blog post!
I didn't really want to use a cliche title, but it was all too much to resist.
It doesn't seem like to long ago that I was writing my last blog post on snow, turns out it was a good 11 months ago!
That in mind, this snow really kicks previous snows cold white ass! In January/February, we got about 2 inches of snow, and everyone was please with that. Then, on the night of December 2nd, we got about 5 inches! Granted, places up North have about 12, but 5 inches is pretty good for the South Coast.
Anyway, me and my little sister wake up on Thursday morning, take a peek outside and cheer. Went to the nearest laptop, looked on H'cliffe school website, yet another cheer! School was closed.
So after that, when everyone was ready, we went for a walk up to the Rec. It was like a white blanket, and it was really surreal. Even though the sun was behind clouds, it was still strangely bright because of the snow. And there was still snow falling, so it was great fun.
But today has surpassed any activities from yesterday. Me, Dad, Mum, Esme, Ben and I went to Buckland Rings to go sledging. Buckland Rings was a settlement for a large group of people, and they had a defense system of hills to make it more difficult for people to get in uninvited. Who'd of thought that hundreds of years later people would be sledging on it eh?
There were two main hills. One that was short and steep, the most popular one. But there was another hill in the field just further on that was longer, and slightly less steep. This had about ten people in total on it, and was great.
Now, we had two pieces of equipment, if you like, for sledging. We had a skimboard, which was great for tandem stuff and going stupidly fast, and a make-shift snowboard. This snowboard was made of an old skateboard that had been left in the rain too many times, minus the trucks. This was excellent for sledging, i.e. sitting down/lying down on, or standing up. Me and Ben preferred the snowboard, whereas the others preferred the skimboard.
Where the skimboard was relatively safe, the snowboard was not. And, there was barely room to
stand on. So you get the idea. On a few occasions, whilst going on the skimboard in a tandem fashion, me and Esme managed to somersault over eachother! Another occasion, whilst on the skateboard, some girls decided to walk and stay in the path me and Ben had been fashioning for about 10 minutes. I was already half way down, so I tried to stop by pressing down hard on the back of the board. This didn't work, the board ended up hitting some less compact snow and I went flying two or three meters in front of me.
Overall, it was amazing. I thoroughly recommend it! Go sledging at your nearest hill today!

WI Hall - 20/11/10
The Hordle WI hall was the place to be last night! Loads of brilliant musicians grouped together and played some really nice sets.
First off it was Matt and Louis. A really good duo that played the guitar really well and had an interesting style of singing. It was a shame that there was a constant level of talking though, it would have been nice if everyone had just listened to them.
Then, Max Doohan took to the stage. He was good, but I didn't find him very engaging.
After that, Luke Adams started playing. He was excellent. He managed to get the crowd singing back to him, and really got the crowd going. He played the guitar like it was an extension to his arm, and he sang brilliantly as well!
Shrunk it the Wash came up next. They too were great, managed to get the crowd moshing, and quite hard too! They played some older songs, but pulled (most of them) off really well!
New Royalty, however, really stole the show. When the curtains were drawn back, the whole crowd let out a cheer, and everyone started getting really excited (or I was!). The moshing really went mad at this point, so I thought I'd give it a go :p But seriously, New Royalty were brilliant, well worth the £2.50.
Although, it did suck that some people didn't get it. I guess they should have brought tickets beforehand!

The Black Keys
Alright, now, I've been to a few gigs, this being the fifth I've been to, so I think that I can make a reasonably good comparison/review.
The venue was great. Not too big, but it wasn't too crowded either.
The support act, "The Watchmen" were dreadful. I found they were whiney, nothing innovative and quite boring. Their only redeeming feature was their drummer, who I found was quite good. Aside from that, they were lifeless, had no charisma, and didn't get the crowd going at all.
Then, there they were. Stood on the stage with the lights in the background and their logo/insignia, whatever you want to call it, hanging behind them. And when they started playing...words cannot describe it, but I'll give it a go.
They're a two piece band and they filled the stage like an orchestra. The drumming was so intense you could feel it in your chest, almost like a heartbeat. And the guitar... one of the people that came with us, Sally, described it as:
"It was like the guitar was just an extension of Dan Auerbach's arm!", and it was true. He played the guitar as easily as he breathed. They played the perfect tracklist, although there was one other I would've liked for them to play, "Set you free".
It wasn't too bad mosh pit wise, but there was one main one. It was good fun, but it did get a little irritating after a while. Even though I'm not the biggest lad, it was still good fun just jumping around.

Duane & BrandO, and other thangs.
Alright, couldn't think of an eye-catching title, but who really cares? I have like 3 people that actually read this.
Regarding the title, Duane & BrandO are a duo that make songs about games, mostly. They tend to do them on older games, like on NES/SNES games, and they're really original and innovative songs.
Phil Haddow told me about them, I gave 'em a listen and haven't regretted it. Although, they could swear for America, so be prepared!
Other thangs!
Yes, I had a very good weekend. On Saturday I finally got my new Xbox 360 Slim, which has taken ages to save up for. It's much better than the old 360's. Although mostly the same, they have inbuilt wireless adapters, virtually silent compared to the older version, and it is more compact. Although, I think that the box I got is slightly faulty, as in I reckon that the wireless component is broken. Yes, unfortunate, but at least we discovered it early.
And Sunday...Sunday was amazing! Me, Zak, Mike, Phillip, Patrick, Logan and Alex went down to Wingfields to play football, and I don't think I have laughed so much in one day. Ever. With various fouls and complete flukes, it was genuinely hilarious. Hopefully we'll do it again sometime!
So, go listen to Duane & BrandO, get a new Xbox (non faulty one) and play football, and you shall have much funsies.

Massive Pterodactyls!
Same tactic as last blog post, grab your attention with the title!
Although massive pterodactyls would be awesome, they would also reek a lot of havoc, so it's best they stay extinct. Forever. And a little longer. But then they could roam free for a while.
Anyway, away from ramblings of dinosaurs! Now onto ramblings of zombies!
Well, to be precise, not zombies themselves, but more of a TV programme on zombies. I've always liked the zombie apocalypse sort of comic, movie, programme etc. So this one seems right up my street. It's called The Walking Dead, and it's about a guy who gets shot, and wakes up in hospital with no one anywhere. He goes outside and *Dramatic music* everyone's dead! Shock!
Aside from all the FLESH EATING ZOMBIES! Hell yeah, we're into the good stuff. In the trailer I saw, there was lots of zombies being shot and big guns, but there was also a valid story line and reasonable acting going on, so this show has the potential to be very good. But it could just be another 30 Days of Night sequel, that got shockingly bad reviews.
Oh, I also want to mention a little project I've got going on with Phillip Haddow at the moment. It's called Alternate Autosaves, and it's basically reviewing a huge range of games, going from NES, to N64, to Xbox 360 and back to the N64 again! Phillip's going to be doing most of the reviews, but on the last Thursday of every month I get to post a review of my choice.
I know that I don't have a huge following on here, but go and check it out. It's in its early stages at the moment, but hopefully we'll be able to develop it a little and get a bigger variety of games. Here's the link: http://alternateautosaves.blogspot.com/
I also want to mention Zak Evernden, because he's the definition of awesomeness, and he was in a P&P episode recently! I hope I'm correct in thinking they update their YouTube channel mostly every Monday. I have genuinely laughed out loud at some parts, so I'd say that it's worth 5 minutes of your time to go have a look, eh?

Pirates!
Alright, I'll say one thing. The subject has nothing to do with this post, aside from this paragraph, it's mainly to draw your attention. It's worked though, hasn't it?
Mainly, this post is themed on the first few weeks of school, and contains a little bit about my Xbox-y stuff.
School. The first day. Yes.
I thought it would be different really, but it wasn't. The only noticeable difference is the obvious one, black school jumpers. Charlie Barrington made a good point that he'd grown up going to the same school as me and Ben (currently walking back from the bus stop at the time) all of his school life, and it was weird that we were the highest year of Highcliffe.
My timetable was relatively the same, with 2 new teachers and all of the lessons at different times than they were last year, but most of the teachers were the same. As I think I've mentioned I now have Mrs Hunt for Physics, which hasn't been that bad really. Aside from one lesson, but I'll come onto that in a bit.
I now have Mrs Cullen as a biology teacher, and I must say she is a most definite upgrade from the Frazer-nator. Miss Frazer, who is now married, knew what she was talking about, but was horrific at controlling the class. I believe a pair of scissors were thrown on more than one occasion, and that just about sums up her lessons.
Mrs Hunt doesn't reaaaaallly know what she's on about. A common answer of hers, if she doesn't know the answer to your question, is either "That's not my field of expertise," or, "You don't need to know that for GCSE level,". Both of which are quite annoying, seeing as a teachers job is to teach, not make excuses. Mr Evans was a much better Physics teacher than T-Hunt, " 'nuff said".
But, the best lesson of hers so far (not down to her) was last week's. Everyone else, aside from the people in question, was sat down. We hear the turning of the door handle, and look to the door. And in comes 4 people, only 3 walking, striding into the room. On closer inspection, we can see none other than James Bonney being carried by Luke Adams, Jack Case, and Tom IB. I'd just like to add that Luke isn't even in our half of the year, let alone our class!
As to be expected, she went ballistic. Genuinely red-faced from shouting, and that was just at the rest of the class for laughing. I dread to think what she was like with James, Luke, Jack and Tom! Then, when she came in from "having words" with them, she saw Callum standing up. Immediately, he was sent out for disruptive behavior. Her eyes then drifted to the back of the room, to see Theo waving his hands around. At this point, Theo was explaining an equation to Amy. Miss Hunt sent Theo out on the grounds that he was "playing golf shots". She then wrote on his Incident Report that he had acquired a meter ruler, and was hitting balls of paper across the classroom. Although, this is what Theo said, and he is an avid user of hyperbole.
It was a hilarious lesson, but laughing could have ended in an incident report, so there was not a peep from the class.
Now, on a more cheerful note, I'm finally gaining some money! Not from a renewable source, but it's money all the same. A few weeks ago, my Xbox 360 broke, as it came down with the 3 RRoD (if you don't get it, google it, I'm not going into any detail). This is a hardware fault that renders the Xbox useless, so it worth nothing. So, a week ago, I (well, I say "I", by this I mean "my dad") put all the other bits and bobs on eBay. These bits 'n' bobs consisted of a wireless adapter, a 60GB hard drive and a Xbox 360 controller. They were put on at 99p, and, all together, managed to scrape up £63! The Hard drive and the adapter went for £32 and £30.99, and the controller went for £13.50. Either way, a healthy bit of cash for what I paid for them.
I intend to buy a new Xbox 360 Slim, which has overcome the problems that cause the RRoD.

Summer "Review" if you like...
Well, it's been at least a month and a half since I've blogged, oops!
Every time I "come back" to my blog, I always say that I'll keep it up this time blah blaah blah. So, to avoid lying, I'm not going to say it at all.
Anyhoo, summer. Lets start off with Work Experience, which was right at the beginning.
Overall, I enjoyed it quite a lot. It was nice going back to where I spent the majority of my childhood. It's strange how it smelled exactly then same as it did back then, and not much had changed. It was great meeting all the teachers that once taught me, and walking the grounds and playing football with the little'uns was nice. Although, it did surprise me how much they disrespect teachers, even at such a young age.
So yeah, W.E was great.
The next key thing, really, is Wales. We have some friends that live in the Gower peninsula, and they went on holiday to the South of France, so we "house sat" if you like. It was brilliant, the weather was perfect, aside from Wednesday, and we had a brilliant view. There was a great beach literally five minutes walk away, and there were some even nicer beaches only half an hour's drive away. It was a really nice break away from England and stuff :)
Whilst in Wales, the family and I saw a film called "Scott Pilgrim VS. The World". All in all, it was a brilliant film. It's a sweet rom-com, with a bit of nerdy gaming stuff put in. It had me laughing hysterically at a few points in the film, and it was just generally well written. I feel I'm on a streak of good films at the moment. Avatar, Inception, maybe not Shrek, and now "SPVTW".
There were other smaller parts of the summer I enjoyed, like crabbing, beaching it, seeing Zak and co....it was a very nice summer all in all. Thanks for reading my blog post.

Work Experience
Hey all!
I did my first day of work experience today. It was, without a doubt, much better than I thought it would be. Seeing as I'm "working" at a primary school, I thought there would be lots of small children biting my ankles.
Surprisingly, I received no injuries throughout the day. The worst thing that happened was I got a blister from sharpening lots of pencils. No wait - scratch that. Lots of small children took it upon themselves to call me "Spanner", "Dictionary" and a newer one "Thesaurus". Those names I can laugh off, but I ended up laughing directly at a small child that called me a 'Douchebag'. I couldn't help it!
I also realised how big I had gotten. Or, to look at it differently, how small I was in primary school. I thought Hordle's field was about one third of the size of Highcliffe's, when really, it is about the size of the tennis courts + the humanities huts. It was quite astounding really.
On the topic of childhood memories, I had a mini blast from the past. I walked into the school grounds - nothing. I walked into the library and BOOM! I remember a child burping fantastically loudly in the library and that child being told off. I then recalled maths lessons with my year 3/4 teacher...she gave us biscuits. It was great.
I also got to witness the year 6 production. It was good, for the age we're talking about. It was based on lots of different countries, then a child would walk out and read some facts about said country. A song would then play and the children would sing/perform a routine based on that country.
Well, that's my first day wittled down to a few hundred words. Hopefully there'll be more good times to come!

The End of Year 10
Last Friday was the last day of Year 10, as the title may have given away.
It felt no different to any other day, if I'm completely honest. I went in to school on the bus, partook in all my lessons as usual, and went home. If anything, it was slightly worse than a normal day, as we couldn't play football at lunch! The fatal flaw being the lack of a football...and if you've ever tried playing football without a football, it's not much fun.
Everyone was saying "Yeah! Last day of purple! Yeah! Lets wreck our reasonably expensive school jumpers! Yeah!". Why would you do that? There is no point whatsoever in ripping your jumper, except from looking like a twat, and wrecking a jumper. If you didn't want it, you could of given it in to Student Support, I'm sure they'll need them. I kept mine because my little sister may need one if she loses her current one. Basically, ripping/cutting/making origami out of your jumper is stupid, and a waste.
It's not even the summer holidays yet. Sure, we're not at school, but we've still got 2 weeks of work to do, so why say it's summer? 'Cos you're a fool, that's why!
A slightly skeptical view on things so far, but that's because this has been my worst year at Highcliffe. I'm not going into details, because complete strangers may read this, so...yeah.
Well, hopefully you're having a better time of it than I.

World Cup Match - England VS Germany
Ok, just so everyone knows, I'm not a football expert, quite the opposite, but these are just my views really.
Yes, I was annoyed that we didn't get that last goal. I think that, if we had, the team *may* have rallied, and gone on to score however many more goals. However, it did not count, even though we have the technology to prove it should have.
We, as a team, did not deserve to win. We have only managed to get through the world cup through luck. From Rob Green's cock up, to losing against algeria and now losing against Germany. We have played pretty abysmally throughout the tournament, and we were bound to go out sometime, the way we were playing.
Did anyone else notice that we wasted heaps of chances? The amount of times Gerard (SP?) shot to no avail, the amount of long shots and terrible passes? Well, I sure did.
Don't get me wrong, I would have loved England to get through, but it just didn't happen. The media over-hyped it (as per usual), put all the pressure on Rooney, and look what happened. We lost.

Back in the Blogging spirit!
Well, recently, I've seen a "dry patch" of blogs. The mist recent one was Niall's Walker's Crisps blog, which is great by the way!
What a terrible change in the weather! There we all were, all psyched up for summer, then, quick-as-a-flash, back to the rain. Always the way eh? It happened in April/March, and it happened again. It's quite funny how, at the slightest bit of sun, Britain is ready to strip right off to get some of them UV rays!
Anyhow, my last post was about my Physics exam (and Zak EverNden (spelled right this time!)). It didn't go as well as I would have liked, but it could of gone a lot worse. I think!
In my opinion, the exams went in this order, from best to worst:
- Biology,
- Chemistry,
- And physics.
Coincidently, that is the order the exams were taken!

Zak Everden (Splet properly this time!)
What.A.Rascal.
English being a prime example of his Rascality. I was there, playing Gratiano in The Merchant Of Venice, all psyched up and ready to roll, when Zak began to make me laugh. In one instance, granted, it was not his fault. He was merely turning a page in a strange way with a black rod based thing. However, this one was so funny that it made me laugh whilst I was reading out loud, which didn't embarrass me in the slightest *sarcasm*. The line was something along the lines of "Lorenzo and his group of infidels", and Zak told me to say it in a - to quote - "Terrorist voice". This genuinely cracked me up, and it took every ounce of my being to control myself.
Ah well, Zak is great.
Onto other things; my current exams.
As a studier of the separate sciences, I have had to partake in two exams so far. For every one of these exams, I have had to learn three modules, and remember a lot of them. Thus far, I have had two, Biology and Chemistry. Biology, I found, was reasonably easy. I think the revision I put in helped me a lot. Chemistry, however, was not as good. It wasn't "bad" as such, just not as good.
Tomorrow, I have to complete a Physics exam. This, I am not looking forward to. I do not think I will do badly, I just think I will not do as well as in the other two, as Physics is my weakest of the three sciences. I am predicted a 'B', whereas in my other exams I am predicted "A's".
Ah well, after this, I will let myself have the half term to relax, and not do much revision, and then when I return to school, it will be back to revising, but for maths.

Zak Everndern
Today in English, I was asked to write a post about/of/including Zak. I am now doing this with pleasure.

Exams, Exams and wait.....more exams!
Last week, I had a few exams, that spanned across most of the week, apart from Friday.
They were OK, but I messed up slightly. I was lead to believe that we were going to have a Triple Science exam. I really want to get a good grade in my sciences, so I spent most of my time revising for that. In doing so, I shunned my other topics like Italian, Maths, RE and Catering.
If I'm honest, I did alright alright in my exams, but not exceptionally well. I got 69% in my Catering (which equates to a B, I am told) I got a low C in my maths, unfortunately. However, I will revise a lot in time for my Module Two exam, so I will boost up that grade. I also got 57 marks in my English Language, which is a high B. Those are the only results I have received so far.
I think I'll do well in my Italian, and I'm not too bothered about RE.
Ah well, it'll be alright in the end...I hope.

If I'm honest, I did alright alright in my exams, but not exceptionally well. I got 69% in my Catering (which equates to a B, I am told) I got a low C in my maths, unfortunately. However, I will revise a lot in time for my Module Two exam, so I will boost up that grade. I also got 57 marks in my English Language, which is a high B. Those are the only results I have received so far.
I think I'll do well in my Italian, and I'm not too bothered about RE.
Ah well, it'll be alright in the end...I hope.
